 The aim of 11th conference is a presentation of research results and exchange of experiences of management in enterprises and organizations. The thematic scope of the conference, the 10th edition of which was held under the name – CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS OF MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRICES, includes methodological concepts and practical solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of management systems and processes, with particular emphasis on the currently accompanying changes resulting from the 4.0 revolution..

Papers and discussions will be held in plenary sections including the following areas:

–   management problems in the era of new technologies,

–   value-based marketing and marketing-mix elements in the digital age,

–   Manager 4.0 – competences, knowledge and skills,

–   Internet of people, Internet of things, Internet of services, Data Internet – changes in the conditions of enterprise development.

In case of not publishing the paper (for example because of not meeting the deadlines, not meeting the prescribed formatting etc.) or not participating at the conference, the conference fee will not be refunded.

PUBLICATION OUTPUT:

The articles can be submitted until December 31, 2019 and they will be published in 2020.

As part of the conference, it is planned to publish a multi-authors monograph that will be published by a foreign publisher.

It is possible also to publish the articles in following journals:

1. Operations Research and Decisions, assigned scientific disciplines: technical computer science and telecommunications; Mechanical engineering; economics and finance; management and quality sciences; articles in English

2. Scientific Notebooks of the Humanitas University College, assigned scientific disciplines: managament and quality sciences; articles in English and in Polish

3. Industrial Engineering and Management Systems, assigned scientific disciplines: technical computer science and telecommunications; Mechanical engineering; security science; management and quality sciences; articles in English.
